Description
Deutsch: Der Hauptbahnhof Pforzheim wurde 1957/58 nach Plänen des Bundesbahn-Architekten Helmuth Conradi gebaut. Das Empfangsgebäude gliedert sich in drei kubische Baukörper verschiedener Größe, die großzügige Empfangshalle ist mit Naturstein ausgestattet, der Boden mit hellen Platten, die ehemaligen Schalterbereiche sind mit grün-schwarz-gemustertem Serpentint verkleidet. Im Jahr 2003 wurde die Vorfläche mit farbigen Platten nach dem Vorbild der 50er Jahre restauriert. Pforzheim, Baden-Württemberg, Deutschland.
