I feel that this copyrighted logo is acceptable to display under Fair Use because:

• It improves the article significantly by providing visual identification of the store in question. Without such identification, the article would not be of the best informational quality.
• It is of low resolution, so displaying in does not allow for piracy (any copies made of it would be of inferior quality).
• Displaying it does not infringe on the copyright holder's ability to distribute it or profit from it in any way, especially since the store itself is now defunct.
• No free-license equivalent is available, nor could one be created.
