Svenska: IBM 5155 Portable Personal Computer utvecklades som ett svar på företaget Compaqs portabla PC-klon, som också var den första av många PC-kloner som lanserades. IBM 5155 släpptes i USA i februari 1984. Detta exemplar användes till kunddemonstrationer av IBM och användes tillsammans med en extra bildskärm och en skrivare. När modellen var inaktuell överläts datorn till givaren som arbetade på IBM. Han har använt den som en speldator och spelat dataspelet Microsoft Decathlon med sina barn och barnbarn på den. För att vara portabel tycker han att datorn är förskräckligt tung att bära på. |
