Español: "Insignia del Jefe del Estado Mayor del Ejército de Tierra" de acuerdo con la REGLA NÚMERO 2 del TÍTULO III (CAPÍTULO 2) del texto consolidado del Real Decreto 1511/1977. Se describe en el Punto 1 de la siquiente manera: "Será una bandera cuadra, de los colores de la Bandera Nacional, llevando en el centro de la franja roja superior el emblema del Ejército de Tierra en sus esmaltes, en la franja gualda tres estrellas de cuatro puntas en color azul, y en el centro de la franja roja inferior, una estrella de cinco puntas, emblema simplificado del Estado Mayor, en azul."
No obstante, se denota que "Si bien el texto de esta regla [REGLA NÚMERO 2, CAPÍTULO II, TÍTULO III] no se ha modificado expresamente, la imagen que se reproduce de esta insignia corresponde a la versión actual de uso reglamentario en las Fuerzas Armadas, conforme a lo establecido en la Ley 39/2007 [...]" Por lo tanto, la imagen y construcción de la insignia mostrada no coincide con la descrita por la regla. Se estipula que la mostrada "corresponde a la versión actual de uso reglamentario". Por tanto, cabe calificar a esta como "(Reglamentaria)", y la variante descrita será calificada como "(Texto Consolidado)". |
