Permission for fair use is given implicitly in this form. If we used a third party photo, this implicit permission would not be available. The depiction in third party photos is also less accurate due to reflections.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3) Is now in use on Baseball World Cup. When used on other articles, this fair use rationale should be expanded.
