The international press was not very active in the small country of Burundi in the 1960s, and there are few photos of both Biroli specifically and of many politicians during that time.

This photo was included in an academic work published in 1970 to illustrate the subject, the same purpose it will be used for here. Biroli played an important role in Burundian political intrigue in the early 1960s, but it is a small country and his likeness is of much less importance currently. It is not likely there is much commercial opportunity in reproducing his likeness.
