The milestone now stands in the lobby of the Kuils River Municipal Buildings. This media shows a South African Protected Site with SAHRA file reference 9/2/054/0003.

Outside the Municipal Buildings is a cannon found on the farm Skoonheid (Beauty) or Asiakop by the bros. Van der Westhuizen and donated to the town on 29 May 1972. It bears the municipal coat-of-arms as well. It is mounted on a face brick base shaped as the Castle of Good Hope.
