Exposition "hands have no tears to flow..". Wolfgang Tschapeller Commissario: Arno Ritter.

Cette exposition entièrement visuelle et numérique entend interroger les relations entre les représentations du corps et de l'architecture. Très complexe d'un point de vue technique mais en panne certains jours, elle a transformé l'espace intérieur du pavillon en faisant flotter des personnages sur les murs et en jouant sur les reflets générés par de grands écrans réfléchissants.

Le pavillon de l'Autriche a été conçu par le célèbre designer autrichien Josef Hoffmann, l'un des fondateurs de la Sécession viennoise et de la Wiener Werkstätte, il a été ouvert en 1934. Le bâtiment est composé de deux parties symétriques avec une entrée commune qui se prolonge sur toute sa hauteur. A l'arrière se trouve un vaste patio.
