Description
English: Southern (downstream) side and eastern end of the Lickford Bridge, which carries Lickford Bridge Road over Indian Creek north of New Amsterdam in Washington Township, Harrison County, Indiana, United States. It was built in 1907. Note the dark line near the tops of the trusses: at this location, little more than a mile from the Ohio River, Indian Creek is prone to significant flooding, and the bridge was almost completely submerged a short time before this photograph was taken.
