This image is widely available on the internet though I'm uncertain whether or not it is actually in free use. Most copies of this image are on websites written in a foreign language. It could very well possibly be in public domain but I was unable to find out whether it actually is.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3) This fie will be used to identify the subject of the article, and will only be used in this specific article. It isn't a very high resolution image.
