Photograph of the locking rail of a counterweight rigging system. The steel tube locking rail has rope locks bolted to it with a stenciled number for corresponding the line set. The operating line passes through the rope lock, around the tension block and is connected at the bottom of the arbor. The arbors carry counterweight, with permanent weight painted yellow and strapped in. This locking rail has an engaging bar for use with a portable capstan winch. | ||
