Summary

Description Louisiana National Guard pilots from the Army Aviation Support Facility #3 in Pineville, La., sling-loaded 1,500 pound super sacks of sand with a UH-60 Black Hawk into Bayou Darrow south of Colfax in Grant Parish, La., to slow the flow of water where a control structure failed, March 14, 2016. More than 1,400 Guardsmen have supported the flood fight across Louisiana.
