English: The historic Lumbermen's Building (built 1909) in Portland, Oregon, United States, is listed on the US National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). Originally occupied by Lumbermen's National Bank, later major tenants included Benjamin Franklin Savings & Loan, Oregon Trail Savings & Loan, and Bank of America. The first two floors were remodeled in 1948. The building is located at the corner of Southwest 5th Avenue and Stark Street, in downtown Portland, and is also known as the Oregon Trail Building. NRHP reference number 96000992
