Notes There are two postcards Castle Montchat. The first shows two towers, making a half times the height of the building and each topped with a turret; it is entitled "The Castle of Montchat in the early nineteenth century." The second shows, adjacent to the southwest corner, only one crenellated tower and on the walkway to the north turret; it is entitled "The Castle of Montchat circa 1900
