I claim that this image qualifies for fair use in the HMS_Activity_(D94) article because

• It is a low resolution version of a copyrighted image
• It is impossible to create a free version since the ship in question has been scrapped
• The image is necessary to illustrate the article, ship's appearance was vastly different as a merchant vessel to what it was as an aircraft carrier. Mjroots (talk) 19:45, 23 November 2008 (UTC)
