Summary

Description
English: The grade II listed North Mill at the hamlet of Maythorne in the civil parish of Southwell in the English county of Nottinghamshire. This is a former cotton mill built in 1785, adapted for spinning silk in the early 19th century. Production continued until 1939 when the buildings were used until 1945 to billet soldiers. Converted to apartments in the 1980s.
