  • This logo is likely too simple for U.S. copyright.
  • The Chicago & North Western Historical Society's "Minneapolis & St. Louis Railroad - A Capsule History" mentions "the repainting of the diesels and freight cars in the striking red and white scheme around 1956" and that the M&StL was bought by the Chicago & Northwestern in 1960. So this logo was first in use on train cars before 1960 in any case, and there is no evidence of copyright messages on train cars.
This logo image could be re-created using vector graphics as an SVG file. This has several advantages; see Commons:Media for cleanup for more information. If an SVG form of this image is available, please upload it and afterwards replace this template with {{vector version available|new image name}}.

It is recommended to name the SVG file “Minneapolis & St. Louis Peoria Gateway logo.svg”—then the template Vector version available (or Vva) does not need the new image name parameter.
