Description
English: The Montague & McHugh Building in Bellingham, WA, designed by prominent Seattle architect John Graham, Sr. in 1926 and completed in 1927. Once home to the city's leading department store, Montaque & McHugh was later acquired by the Bon Marche who remained here until the opening of Bellis Fair Mall.
