Description John Hunt Morgan Memorial in downtown Lexington; erected in 1911, by its creator, Pompeo Coppini (1870–1957), the signature of the United Daughters of the Confederacy is on it.[1] As the statue is erected pre-1978, it is considered to have been "published".
