Summary

Description

The en:M4 motorway runs from en:Swansea (en:South Wales) to en:London, over the en:Second Severn Crossing (a cable-supported bridge over the en:River Severn).
The vehicles on the three left hand carriageways are stationary due to an accident ahead.
A motorcyclist is riding down the hard shoulder to avoid the queue (illegally).

This view is looking west from between Junctions 19 and 20.
