Summary

Description
English: The photographs in this series document the history of public broadcasting, primarily television programming, in Otago. The photographs portray the staff and production work of DNTV-2 television station from its beginning in 1962. There are also some photocopies of photographs relating to radio broadcasting from the 1930s and 1940s, for example erection of the radio transmitter at Highcliff and portraits of radio personalities, such as Dorothy Wood.

These photographs are held in Archives New Zealand's Television New Zealand Dunedin Photographic Collection.
