Summary

Description
English: Yakushi Nyorai - One of five Buddhas in the Buddha Hall in National Museum of Ethnology in Leiden. These Buddhas were acquired by the museum in 1883 at the International Colonial Trade Exposition in Amsterdam. This Buddha and two others originate from a mausoleum for the Togukawa shoguns at the Zojoji temple in Edo.
