| Purpose of use |
The image is used for visual identification and illustration of a subject of public interest. The significance of the photograph is to illustrate the visual appearance and style of the subject in an article containing critical commentary about the subject, in a way that words alone could not convey. |

Because the design of the toy is copyright protected there is almost certainly no free equivalent. Any equivalent alternatives would also be derivative works.
