NORFOLK, Va. (May 23, 2016) Cmdr. Janet H. Days, executive officer of the Arleigh Burke class guided missile destroyer USS McFaul (DDG 74), greets Chairman Randy Forbes of the House Armed Services’ Seapower and Projection Forces Subcommittee prior to a tour of the ship. Forbes, along with other representatives, also toured Nimitz Class aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) and Helicopter Mine Countermeasure Squadron 15 during the visit in order to gain first-hand insight on current Navy readiness.
