Summary

Description New Victoria Baths, Harrogate, North Riding of Yorkshire, England. Built 1871. This building was later redeveloped for the use of Harrogate Borough Council offices. The foundation stone was laid by townsman Richard Ellis, who had promoted the building of the baths.
