English: One of the two NuSTAR focal planes,
comprised of four CdZnTe 32x32 detectors housed within an active CsI shield.Français : Plan focal du télescope spatial rayons X NuSTAR de la NASA. Il est constitué de 4 détecteurs Cadmium-Zinc-Tellurium associé à un circuit intégré spécialisé (ASIC). Chaque détecteur contient 32x32 pixels de 600 microns. Les détecteurs sont protégées par un bouclier cylindrique actif en Iodure de césium qui l'entoure sur une hauteur de 20 cm. L'ouverture défini par le bouclier est de 16° mais un diaphragme passif limite l'ouverture à 4° |
