English: Nubian singing and playing an instrument, now lost. Statuette from the treasury of Châlons. Controversial datation: 2nd century BC (J. Boardman, Greek art, 1985) or modern imitation of the 16th century (museum caption).
Français : Négrillon chantant en s'accompagnant d'un instrument (aujourd'hui disparu). Statuette provenant du trésor de Châlons. Datation contestée : IIe siècle av. J.-C. (J. Boardman, Greek art, 1985) ou faux moderne du XVIe siècle (notice du musée).
