Description LTC Backman of the Air Force Recruiting Service administers the oath of enlistment to a group of approximately 150 members of the Air Force Delayed Enlistment Program during a ceremony at the Los Angeles Coliseum. Several active-duty airmen are also re-enlisting during the ceremony, which is being held prior to the start of a professional football game.
