Summary

Description
English: T7 promoter drives GFP expression. LacI promoter drives lacI expression. LacI protein binds to and represses lac operator, preventing T7 transcription in the absence of inducer. T7 terminator terminates T7 transcription. KanR promoter drives kanamycin resistance gene, KanR. ORI: origin of replication. RBS: ribosome binding site.
