To illustrate the historical logo for Paramount's first attempt at a television network. The image is the primary means of visual identification of the subject. The image is educational and historic, allowing readers to view a monochromatic image which mixed elements of broadcasting (the tower) and film (Paramount's iconic mountaintop and halo of stars), an image which is no longer in use and which is no longer seen in public. |

Any substitute that is not a derivative work would fail to convey the meaning intended, would tarnish or misrepresent its image, or would fail its purpose of identification or commentary.
