Description
English: STX, a Baltimore based company run by lacrosse players at a plastics company, published the patent for the first plastic lacrosse head in 1970, prior to the existence of plastic heads all lacrosse sticks were made in the traditional manner largely by indigenous makers. Plastic heads are used by virtually everyone in game now.
