Summary

Description
English: These food pans are made of polysulfone for use by the food service industry and consumers. Polysulfone is chosen for the wide working temperature range -40°C to 190°C permitting the pans to go from the freezer directly to the steam table or microwave oven. The amber colour is the natural colour of polysulfone. Pictured are Gastronorm 1/4 size (left) and 1/3 size (with lid).
