Description
English: Overview of the monumental portico realized by the architect Charles Risler and the sculptor Jules-Félix Coutan in 1900. The work decorates at present the wall of square Félix-Desruelles situated in Quartier Latin of Paris, 6th arrondissement, France. The portico was a part of the showroom of Porcelain Manufacture de Sèvres during the Exposition Universelle 1900. A decoration with characteristic varied motives of Art nouveau, with a central medallion representing a young woman.
Français : Vue d'ensemble du portique monumental réalisé par l'architecte Charles Risler et le sculpteur Jules-Félix Coutan en 1900. L’œuvre orne actuellement le mur pignon dans le square Félix-Desruelles situé dans le Quartier Latin de Paris, 6e arrondissement, France. Le portique faisait partie du pavillon où on a exposé les produits de la Manufacture de Sèvres durant l'Exposition Universelle de 1900. Un décor avec des motifs variés caractéristiques de l'Art nouveau, avec un médaillon central représentant une jeune femme.
