Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	The current logo on the Ranger College page (a "pistol Pete" figure with handguns) is no longer representative of the college. The college wants to replace the old logo on Wikipedia with a new, modern image.

Other information	My name is Lance Hawvermale. I am authorized to upload this image as webmaster at Ranger College. You may visit the Ranger College website's employee directory to confirm my position. The college Administrators tasked me with removing the old logo (an image of a gunman) with our redesigned, more appropriate logo.
