Two photos of the deceased are on findagrave.com but the photos are also in other online news articles and their origins and copyright status are unknown.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	The photo is only to be used to provided a historic portrait to depict an American public official who is no longer living.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	This photo is a political campaign photo created in 2006 by the deceased for political campaign advertisement purposes. The original purpose of the photo was intended to be publicly disseminated as widely as possible towards being re-elected to state Congress. As a public campaign advertising photo in a government election, its purpose for the deceased was non-commercial.
