Summary

Description

many of you might already know this tip :)

i shape our leftover cooled rice into balls and wrap them in clingwrap, with a tight twist in the back, to store in the freezer. when i want a portion of rice, i pop a ball into the microwave (as is, with wrap) for 3 minutes and it comes out nicely steamed with good texture..almost as if it was just cooked. **please be careful, though. it will be pretty hot to the touch.

i think i've kept a riceball in the freezer for up to 2 months.
