Summary

Description North face of The Royal Albion Hotel, junction of Grand Junction Road and Old Steine, Brighton, City of Brighton and Hove, England. From left to right: the original part of the hotel (built in 1826); the extension of circa 1847; and the former Lion Mansions Hotel (1856), absorbed by the Royal Albion in 1963. The 1826 and 1847 sections are listed at Grade II* by English Heritage (Heritage Gateway Code 294536); the 1856 section is listed separately at Grade II (IoE Code 476280).
