Unfortunately, this is a copyrighted image by Hughes, and free use images are needed for living people. If you check the bottom of the second page (p. 59), you will see the copyright mark and "1956 H.A.C." The only way to turn this into a free use image would be to check for copyright renewal for the year 1984 from Hughes. We hope (talk) 22:27, 20 August 2011 (UTC)

• I've now checked and determined that copyright was not renewed. See talk page for details. So, I've changed the license rationale to PD-Pre1964. Perhaps someone who knows how can adjudicate this and remove the di-replaceable tags? Also, I guess the Non-free use rationale is not needed now? ServiceAT (talk) 20:49, 22 August 2011 (UTC)

• Just recording here that this file had a fair-use rationale even before it was determined to be out of copyright -- see talk page.
