Summary

Description
English: Sakhu thua dam (Thai script: สาคูถั่วดำ) is a Thai dessert of tapioca pearls and black beans (one of the vigna cultivars) served with sweetened coconut milk and the flesh of a young coconut. Although sakhu means "sago", in most cases the pearls are probably made with tapioca instead, which is cheaper and gives the same result.
