Español: Sara Codina (Barcelona, 1979) es una mujer emprendedora, inquieta y soñadora que ha vivido prácticamente toda su vida siendo autista sin saberlo: ya entrada en la cuarentena le diagnosticaron trastorno del espectro del autismo (TEA) de nivel 1. Es directora de la escuela de música Joan Llongueres de Barcelona y madre de dos niños gemelos.
Lleva el blog Mujer y Autista y recientemente ha publicado el libro "Neurodivina y punto, 40 años siendo autista y yo sin saberlo", donde habla de su experiencia con el objetivo de eliminar estigmas, romper mitos y poder ayudar a otras personas que se encuentran en la misma situación, y organiza las jornadas Autismo Invisible en Primera Persona. Interviene en medios e imparte conferencias y charlas para concienciar sobre el espectro del autismo: la importancia del diagnóstico, el problema de la inclusión y cómo afecta a cada una de las facetas de la vida, como la alimentación, el trabajo, los estudios o la familia. |
