צהלי ורוני יושבת ההראל: כי גדול בקרבך קדוש ישראל! רב פעלים מקבציאל הופיע בלבות המחכים בבנין אריאל! תקוה טובה ורוח חיים, כל שהיא לתפארת ישארל ופאר ירושלים פארם מאז האדם הגדול בענקים, בחיר בשחקים, כבוד הוד אדומ"ור הק' אור ישראל וקדושו. ידידי ד' ישישו, רכבו ופרשו נשיא אה'ק תו'ב ישראל סבא זצוק"ל. הוא הרים נדבת צדקת פזרונו בראשונה, בתרומתו להרים כבוד הארץ ולהצליחה בבנין אדיר ומנוחה לישועת שה פזורה הצולעה והנדחה אשר רבות בשנים נדים גם נעים, מאין מקום קבוע לתפילה ולעבודה לתורה ולתעודה, וגבר ישראל בידו הגדולה להוציא את הסגולה, להרמת קרן ישראל למעלה: לשם ולתהלה, ובהגברת חסדו, הראנו כבודו לקנות מקום לד' משכנות לאביר יעקב! מה יקר חלקינו, שפרה נחלתינו בחצרות אלקינו מרום מראשון מקום מקדשינו. לכונן מקדש מעט תוככי ירושלים ונקראה בשם תפארת ישראל בנין אפריון אשר נתנה ד' עליון במרום הר ציון, כרצון יריאיו כחפץ ותשוקת השתוקקות קדושת איתן אדונינו, אבינו רועינו. ציס"ע נשיא אה"ק ת"ו כקש"ת מו"ה אברהם יעקב שליט"א בעזר חמלתי ורב השגחתו הופיע רב טוב לגמור ולהשלים הבנין הנכבד והנעים, לתהלה בארץ תזכרנה צדקת הנדיבים, עושי רצון כבוד קדשו. ובקהלם תחד כבוד הגביר הנעלה יד הגדולה, נדיב ושוע, מעלי וצנוע וו"ח וכו' מו"ה יצחק אבא הכהן פרידמאן נ"י ויזרח מטיטיעוו ו' אשר זכה לבנות מקום בביהכ"נ תפארת ישראל, בכסף מלא, והמקום הוא המסומן במצריו, בכותל מזרח מקום החמישי מההיכל ולצד צפון. בכח קדושת הארץ ובכח קדושת איתן אדמו"ר הק' שליט"א ובכח המוסר בידינו מאת הקהל הקדוש ויח"ס מעדת כוללינו הי"ו מכרנו והחלטנו המקום ההוא להקונה הנז' ומעומ"ע קם המקנה הנז' בידו מכירה גו"ש לחלוטין ולצמיתות עלמין. ודמי המכיר' קבלנו בשלמות להשלמת הבנין כ"ז מכא אוה"י מועיל בקניני קרקעות ואחריותן ובביטול וכ"ו ובפיסול וכ"ו וע"ז אמו"ץ באע"ח מו"מ כולל וואלין הי"ו, יום ה' בדרח אייר התרל"ב, פה ירושתו .
