Summary

Description
English: Statfold Barn Railway - a pair of 'Brazils'. Both these locomotives were built by the Hunslet Engine Co of Leeds to the Kerr Stuart Brazil class design but are separated by 35 years. The closest is Howard, No. 1842 of 1936 and the furthest is Trangkil No. 4, No. 3902 of 1971. This was the last steam locomotive to be built at the Jack Lane Works in Leeds. Graham Lee of Statfold Barn has acquired the Hunslet rights and built several new locomotives in the same number sequence.
