DescriptionStone Crossing railway station level crossing - geograph.org.uk - 718924.jpg
English: Stone Crossing railway station level crossing In 2008 it is extraordinary that this level crossing, at the foot of Church Hill, is still manned, particularly late on a Sunday afternoon. One wonders how often in a day the gates get opened to let vehicles cross! However the railway station has a direct service to London Bridge, scheduled at 44 minutes every half hour off-peak on weekdays.
