—Le quai Notre-Dame offre une succession de maisons construites entre 1680 et 1685, lors de la rectification des quais par Louis XIV. Adoptant le style louisquartorzien, celles-ci se caractérisent par une alternance entre la pierre (au niveau des encadrements des percements et des bandeaux) et la brique (pour les allèges, trumeaux et entablements) ainsi que par leur côté très géométrique. L’horizontalité y est soulignée par des bandeaux qui courent sur toute la façade et prolongent les linteaux des baies. La verticalité est quant à elle accentuée sur toute la hauteur de la façade par les piédroits des fenêtres. Contrastant avec ses voisines en raison du badigeon blanc qui recouvre la totalité de sa façade et par les percements du rez-de-chaussée, postérieurs, cette maison montre un premier étage de trois travées sur un soubassement appareillé. —Quai Notre-Dame is largely made up of Louis XIV style houses built between 1680 and 1685, during the rectification of the quays. They are characterized by an alternation between stone (at the level of the frames of the openings and the bands) and brick (for the sills, overmantels and entablatures) as well as by their very geometric side. The horizontality is underlined by bands that run along the entire façade and extend the lintels of the windows. The verticality is accentuated over the entire height of the facade by the window pedestals. Contrasting with its neighbors because of the white wash that covers the entire facade and the openings of the ground floor, posterior, this house shows a first floor of three bays on a base paired. A slate-roofed roof surmounts the building.

—De Quai Notre-Dame biedt een opeenvolging van huizen gebouwd tussen 1680 en 1685, tijdens de rectificatie van de kades door Lodewijk XIV. Deze worden gekenmerkt door een afwisseling van steen (ter hoogte van de kaders van de openingen en banden) en baksteen (voor de dorpels, overmantels en entablatuur) en door hun geometrische aspect. De horizontaliteit wordt onderstreept door banden die langs de hele gevel lopen en de lateien van de ramen verlengen. De verticaliteit wordt over de gehele hoogte van de gevel geaccentueerd door de raamstijlen. In tegenstelling tot de buren vanwege de witte witkalk die de hele gevel en de daaropvolgende openingen op de begane grond bedekt, toont dit huis een eerste verdieping van drie traveeën op een gepaarde kelder. Een leien dak kijkt uit over het gebouw.
