Summary
| Description |
English: Synchronous electric clock, the Telechron Model 355 "Cathedral", manufactured 1927 - 1932. The small circular window above the center is a "power interruption indicator". If the electric power went off temporarily while the owner was out, the clock would read the incorrect time. To warn of this, an electromagnet mechanism would display a red color in this window, reminding the owner to reset the clock. |
