English: From National Museum of American History:

"Long-handled fork with square-section shaft, twisted at center and ending in a flattened, shaped hanger with counterclockwise hanging loop having a single curl; two splayed or cyma-curved tines with rounded shoulders and pointed tabs at neck. No marks." Made circa 1900 in US or UK. Wrought iron.
