Description MAIDEN SHAHR, Afghanistan--A Turkish Army soldier stands watch at the main gate of the Turkish Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) compound on Dec. 9, 2008. The Turkish PRT is the only one of 26 throughout Afghanistan that is run solely by civilians, while the Turkish Army lends support to maintain force protection of the PRT compound.
