Description High-resolution cross-sectional HAADF-STEM image of the 60° twin boundary along the [210] zone axis of bismuth telluride: inversed Fourier-filtered image (scale bar is 5 nm). For clarity, the Bi atoms are depicted as purple circles and Te atoms are orange in colour. The atomic structure is mirrored relative to the vertical domain boundary.
