English: Organized by the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Rwanda to the United Nations, the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and UN Women in the margins of the sixty-first session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW61) on Tuesday, 21 March 2017 at the UN Express Bar at the United Nations Headquarters.
