Fair Free use rationale in Vincent Fourcade: This image has been used multiple times in press release packages by Denning & Fourcade, Inc. and the original is owned by David Clarkson McJonathan-Swarm. The low resolution copy used here in no way compromises the value of the original. The subject is dead and it would be difficult to replace with a free-licensed equivalent.
